Subject of the sale

The site sells credit packs that fund the generation of detailed predictions by the Fortuna oracle. One credit equals one revealed prediction, including one to five grids and its full rationale.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in US dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes. The applicable price is the one shown at order time. Prices may change; a paid order is never repriced.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. We neither store nor directly process card data. The order is confirmed by a signed webhook, then credits are added to the account idempotently.

Invoicing

An invoice is issued automatically for every confirmed payment. It can be downloaded as a PDF from the My Account area and carries a unique sequential number.

Right of withdrawal

As credits are digital content supplied immediately, performance begins upon payment confirmation with your express consent. Under the rules applicable to digital content, the right of withdrawal therefore no longer applies from that point. Unused credits remain available on your account with no expiry.

Disputes

Any claim must be sent to [email protected] quoting the invoice number. A reply is provided within fifteen business days. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is submitted to the competent courts.
