Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Powerball & Mega Millions website. By browsing the site, you accept them without reservation.

Access to the service

Statistics, results and educational pages are free to consult. Some features (revealing a detailed Fortuna prediction) are reserved for accounts holding credits.

User account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your mailbox and for any use made from your account. An account is strictly personal.

Accounts, free credits and email addresses

Creating an account gives access to free Fortuna credits as a welcome gift, along with the history of your predictions. These free credits can only be obtained once per person.

For this reason, the Website refuses disposable email addresses — temporary, so-called "throwaway" inbox services — both at sign-up and at login. Such addresses receive login codes perfectly well, and would therefore make it possible to multiply accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus several times, each bonus triggering paid calls to the artificial intelligence model. Accordingly:

• a sign-up request made with a disposable address is refused;
• on an account already created with such an address, the free credits are cancelled by an itemised debit entry, which remains visible in the account history;
• the account holder is informed by email and by a message in their "My account" area.

This restriction only applies to temporary inbox services. Permanent addresses remain accepted, including those from privacy-friendly alias services (Apple "Hide My Email", SimpleLogin, Firefox Relay, addy.io, DuckDuckGo, Proton), which deliver long-lasting addresses.

Permitted use

Prohibited: large-scale automated data extraction, reselling content, attempting to bypass anti-abuse or billing protections, using undeclared automation scripts, and any use that harms the service or other users.

Nature of the analyses

Published statistics, probabilities and grids are mathematically accurate, but they do not alter the independence of draws. No method can predict a random draw. The service is a reasoning tool, not a promise of winning.

Responsible gaming

Not for minors. Gambling carries risks of addiction. Set time and money limits, and never try to "win back" a loss.

Changes and termination

The publisher may suspend an account for breach of these terms. The service may evolve; the applicable terms are those in force on the day of consultation, and their update date is displayed.
